One of the better Street parodies.

Anything that parodies Sesame Street usually falls under heavy scrutiny with me since I really grew up with the show.
Yeah, it was audio from someone else, but what I really liked was the unique visual style you put into it. Actually creating the characters in your own style. That's what stood out the most for me. Kudos.

Good First Submission

I even give you extra points for not advertising that it's your first.
The stick figure work here is very good. I think you're following the lead of the Xiao Xiao stuff. When you brought on "The Show" by Doug E. Fresh, I started laughing. A song you don't hear much anymore. And I started busting up when they started breakdancing. You need to work on the moonwalk, but the wave and the floor caterpillar are dead on.

Very Cool.

Very remeniscent of a Twilight Zone episode. The animation and graphics are excellent, some good pacing of the story too. I liked it very much

Very Clever

It just goes to show, if you're clever enough, you don't need tons of blood. Some very cool humor in this, great graphics and animation. Sound was well used too.
This could be the beginning of a good series.

Good bait and switch

I think the negative reviews are just from people who can't appreciate a good dumb joke as MisterSwill says. Good joke, well executed in graphics and sound. And hey, only 61K, I'm sure it's a welcome relief to all the 2MB monsters out there.

The kid's got talent

Well, I happen to know him too.
I think it took a lot of patience and persaverance to organize all those photos and match them to the music and the poem. Very good piece. And I'm certain more will come.

Dammit, I actually laughed at this one.

It's that weird laugh sound you dug up. Well, not just that, you actully managed to come up with enough outlandish situations to keep the running laugh gag fresh. Maybe you have a future writing running gags for The Simpsons or Saturday Night Live.

Excellent way to rebuke the stick movies

I'm sure many of us were looking for a stylish enough way to tell people we're sick of crappy stick movies, and you've done it. Cool graphics. The sound was a little scratchy (either the soundtrack was too loud or the source material was scratchy to bagin with?) But worked very well with the animation.
It also felt good the actually click on the button that launched the vicious little virus on those sticks. Did you get the idea from Tron, perhaps?

Keep it up.

1-UP

Great work! I know the big brand names are popular, I think it would be cool to see you take on some of the more obscure games like these. Some great 3D touches too like the border and the spinning 'Loading' and 'VGDC' logo. The only complaint I have is there is certain info you have during the loading screen that disappears before I have a chance to read it. Would have been nice to have that info to read with the play button so I could take it in before moving on.
Keep it up and I look forward to the next one!

it basically just said what is in the commentary....have a fast connection do ya?

The best part was the logo at the beginning.

The graphics and sound on the logo were great. The graphics held in the movie and were adequate.
Unfortunately the sound of the UPS guy was a little too indistinguishable to be funny (sorry Mr. Hair). The pace could have been a little tighter. I also felt a little cheated at the ending. It didn't seem to be any kind of payoff.
You do show promise, if this is your first movie, I'm glad you had the guts not to say it to get sympathy votes, and I look forward to your next effort.
